Every game on this site works right now — go and play one. Nothing here is a mockup or a screenshot: the portal is complete, live, and being offered as a single package. The games, the source, the brand and the domains all go together.
What's included
- 25 original HTML5 games — not filler. They range from quick arcade rounds to a four-floor platformer, a voxel survival roguelike with a win condition, a creative block-building sandbox, and a full real-time strategy game with nukes and multi-way free-for-all.
- The whole portal — homepage, eight categories, search, favourites and per-game best scores.
- An SEO page per game (38 URLs in the sitemap) and an embeddable build per game, so the catalog can be syndicated to other sites.
- The complete source and its full history — no framework, no build system beyond two small Node scripts.
- Both domains — wugzo.com and freeplayzone.com, with the redirect between them already in place.
- The brand — wordmark, palette and typography.
How it's built
Zero dependencies, meant literally. No framework, no database, no user accounts, no tracking, no third-party JavaScript and no CDN. The fonts are self-hosted and the games make no network calls at all — they are plain HTML, CSS and JavaScript that run entirely in the browser.
In practice that means it will serve from any static host for a few pounds a month, there is no stack to keep patched, and it cannot break because someone else's service went down.
