1. The service

WugZo provides free browser games for personal, non-commercial entertainment. The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We may add, change or remove games at any time.

2. Intellectual property

The games on WugZo are original works created for this site or titles licensed from their developers, who retain ownership of their work. The WugZo name, logo and site design are ours. You may not copy, re-host, scrape or redistribute the games or the site without written permission from the rights holder.

3. Acceptable use

Don't attempt to disrupt the service, probe or attack the infrastructure, or use automated tools to scrape the site. Play fair — it's a games site.

4. Copyright complaints

We take rights seriously and only publish content we own or have licensed — every third-party game is accepted through a manual review that includes a rights declaration from its submitter. If you believe something on WugZo nevertheless infringes your copyright, flag it through the form on the developers page with the URL, proof of ownership and your contact details, and we will respond promptly — including removing content where a complaint is valid.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WugZo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions don't allow such limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
